As an abortion doula, I will meet with you at least 24-48 hours before your procedure to check in and see how you're feeling. We'll talk about what you can expect at the clinic and answer any questions you might have. 

If you're feeling uneasy about your choice for an elective abortion, we can talk about all your options with zero pressure, just information and support so you can feel comfortable knowing that you made the best choice for yourself. 

I'll meet you at the clinic of your choice, escort you through to the waiting room, and be by your side through the procedure if you'd like me to be there with you. 

I'll check in with you again about 24-48 hours after your procedure to discuss your feelings and answer any questions you may have.
